This Tasso Katselas designed home was built in the early 1970's. It needed two skylight assemblies replaced - one 25 feet long and one 8 feet long. The 25-foot skylight assembly had failed and was partially collapsed and the 8-foot skylight assembly had failed. This was causing leaking and water damage in this beautiful home. J. Francis Company replaced the two skylight assemblies, performed ceiling and wall repairs, painting and cosmetic updates.
"After working with you seven years ago to remodel the CMU-owned home I lived in at the time, I moved to England. Upon transferring back to Pittsburgh, I called J. Francis Company & was pleased you were available to perform the work I needed. It helped to have a positive relationship with a contractor in place to call in advance of the work beginning. I appreciate the work that you & your staff accomplished in my home. Your company worked through the process with me from design to product selection to construction."
