Physical Therapy Clinic
The Clinic moved from the fifth floor to the first floor to better accommodate their patients.  The existing space was gutted.

Buildout included: 

• waiting room area with enclosed receptionist office
• two bathrooms (one ADA with shower)
• three exam rooms
• work-out area with mirrored walls
• employee kitchen
• casework

The glass entrance was installed while the space was occupied.  Space built to architects specs. This negotiated project was completed on time and within budget.
