Ice Cream Shop
Starting with an emply space vanilla box, this beautifully designed new store scope of work included: Installation of two new bathrooms w/plumbing underground and tie-in to existing sanitary, installation of HVAC system, new electrical service and outlets, new ceilings, new walls and floors, new drive-through window and intercom system, installation of a radius bulkhead and custom counter at the front of the store (see pictures below). Wall coverings include paint and Fiberglass reinforced panels (In food prep areas). We have personally sampled the ice cream and find it absolutely delicious!
