The scope of work included renovating the 5600 sq/ft space of a former "Blockbuster" store into a physical therapy clinic. Streamlining the product selection process was a high priority. The customer worked with J. Francis Company, LLC to select the carpet & cove base, paint colors, cabinet design, countertop laminate colors which were then organized onto a "storyboard" to direct future renovations at other locations. The coordination and integration of product selections helped to create a comfortable and serene environment for patients. The new plan was designed by Don Lightner at Design 3 Architecture.
The work included demolition of the existing Blockbuster floor plan; re-framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and drywall for the treatment room floor plan; custom cabinetry, painting, new acoustical ceilings, new flooring & cove base; & new ADA locker rooms and bathrooms with a roll in shower. J. Francis Company, LLC met the customer's schedule and budget expectations.
